Welcome to JFK Limo Car Service. By booking a ride with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and a premium experience for every passenger.
1. Reservations & Payments
All reservations must be confirmed in advance via our website or customer service.
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking.
We accept all major cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover).
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Sedan & SUV bookings: Cancellations made more than 12 hours in advance receive a full refund.
Stretch limos & specialty vehicles: Must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be charged in full.
3. Wait Time & Delays
We offer a 15-minute grace period for residential pickups and a 30-minute wait time for airport arrivals.
Additional wait time is billed in 15-minute increments.
Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
4. Behavior & Damage
Smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside all vehicles.
Any damage to the vehicle caused by a passenger will be billed to the card on file.
Disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of the ride with no refund.
5. Airport Pickups
Flight tracking is included, and we adjust pickup times accordingly.
Clients must provide correct flight information to avoid delays or charges.
Meet & Greet services may incur an extra fee.
6. Corporate Accounts
Invoicing is available for pre-approved corporate clients.
All charges must be paid within the agreed billing cycle.
